For service and B2B companies

Manual quotes without lost enquiries.

Every job is a little different, so a person writes the quote. BOTrento sorts the enquiries, pulls out the requirements, prepares the groundwork and a quote draft and tracks the next step so the deal doesn't go cold.

A person always decides scope, price and timing. BOTrento prepares the groundwork and the draft; nothing is sent without your approval.

A day with BOTrento

A sample day showing how it can look. These are not a specific client's data and not a promise of results.

  1. 7:30

Morning overview, Today 1+3: the main priority is an unanswered enquiry from a new client. Three more: a quote promised “by Friday”, a quote with no reply and a service call request.

  2. 9:30

An enquiry arrives by email with an attachment. The assistant summarises the requirements from the email, flags anything unclear and drafts follow-up questions; the salesperson reviews the attachment.

  3. 11:00

A quote draft from your template and similar past quotes. The salesperson adjusts scope and price and sends it.

  4. 15:00

Commitments: the assistant catches a colleague's “I'll send it by Friday” in an email and reminds them in time.

  5. 16:30

Follow-up: it suggests a short reminder for a quote with no reply. A person approves sending.

Typical situations

What the assistant does and what a person decides

Nothing is sent without your approval.

A vague enquiry

The enquiry describes a problem, not a brief. You need to ask before you can price it.

AssistantSummarises what the client wants, lists the missing details and drafts a reply with questions.

A person decidesDecides whether you want the job and approves the reply.

A tailored quote

The client is waiting for a quote and every day of delay lowers the chance of winning it.

AssistantPrepares a draft from your template and similar past quotes and checks that it answers every requirement in the enquiry.

A person decidesSets scope, price and timing and sends the quote.

A promise in an email and the next step

Someone on the team wrote “I'll get back to you by Friday” — and nobody noted it down.

AssistantCatches the commitment and the deadline, adds it to the overview and reminds you in time; it also suggests the message.

A person decidesDecides the priority and approves the message.

Frequently asked questions

Will BOTrento write the quote for us?

It prepares a draft from your template and similar past quotes. A person decides scope, price and timing, and nothing is sent without your approval.

Can it handle enquiries in other languages and with attachments?

Other languages, yes: it works in 4 languages (Czech, English, German, French) and drafts in the language of the enquiry. It works from the email text; it does not read attachments (drawings, PDFs) yet, so a person reviews those.

Do we need to change our CRM or process?

No. BOTrento works within your existing systems. To start, your mailbox or a CSV export of your enquiries is enough.

What do we need to get started?

An export of your enquiries to CSV, or forwarding from your enquiries mailbox. Your access arrives by email right after sign-up and we help you connect it.
