We show unanswered enquiries, forgotten promises and proposals without a follow-up. We look back through past email for mailboxes connected via IMAP; with forwarding or import we work from the forwarded messages and uploaded data.

When does the trial start?
Only when your data is first loaded successfully (import or mailbox connection), not at sign-up. You have 7 days to get ready.
Which email systems can you connect?
Seznam and other mailboxes via IMAP; Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 via forwarding or import for now (direct connection in preparation). Enquiries from a CRM or spreadsheet can be uploaded as CSV or XLSX. Choose your email system in the form; your access arrives by email right after sign-up and we are happy to help you connect it.
How do I continue after the trial?
At the end of the trial you add a payment card in the app and pay the monthly plan; access continues without a break. If you prefer to pay by invoice, order it on the same page and we email the invoice. Without payment, access is blocked until you pay. Questions: info@botrento.com.
Will BOTrento send anything on my behalf?
No. It prepares drafts and reminders. Nothing is sent without your approval.
What happens to my data if I don't continue?
Without payment, access is blocked after the trial until you pay. We keep your data for 30 days and you can download the export even while access is blocked. On request we delete the data sooner — just write to info@botrento.com.
