Sign-up and free trial
Fill in the short form on the Try page. Sign-up is assisted for now: within 24 hours on business days one of our team gets in touch, sends you access to the app and helps you connect.
The 14 days start only when your data is first loaded successfully (import or mailbox connection); you have 7 days to get ready. No card and no API key of your own — you add a card at the end, only if you decide to continue. We remind you every day during the last 3 days. Without payment, access is blocked after the trial until you pay; we keep your data for 30 days and you can download the export even while access is blocked.
Connecting your mailbox
Seznam and other mailboxes via IMAP; Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 via forwarding or import for now (direct connection in preparation). Enquiries from a CRM or spreadsheet can be uploaded as CSV or XLSX.
IMAP: in the set-up guide you enter the mailbox address and IMAP credentials. We only read email from it, never send from it, and we also look back through older messages.
Forwarding: the app gives you a forwarding address and you set a rule in your email that sends enquiries to it. We process messages from the moment it is set up; older email is not visible via forwarding.
During the trial you can connect 1 email source.
Importing enquiries from a CRM or spreadsheet
Upload enquiries and quotes as a CSV or XLSX file (a CRM export or your own spreadsheet). Recommended columns: company or contact, email, enquiry description, status, date and amount with currency.
Always include the currency with an amount; if it is missing, the assistant leaves the price for you to confirm. During the trial you can upload up to 500 records and actively handle 100 cases.
Morning overview: Today 1+3
Every business-day morning you get one main priority and three more in the app and by email, each with a reason (e.g. a quote without a follow-up). You review, edit and send email drafts yourself; nothing is sent without your approval.
1 case = 1 sales case actively handled in a given month. AI is included with a monthly usage limit: we alert you at 80%, and at 100% new work pauses until next month. A higher limit or a bigger plan can be agreed individually. No automatic extra charges; older data stays available.
Exporting and deleting data
You can export your data and outputs in the app at any time (JSON or CSV).
If you don't pay after the trial, access is blocked until payment; the subscription page with the data export stays available. We keep the data for 30 days, after which we delete it. To have it deleted sooner, write to info@botrento.com.
Ordering and payment
At the end of the trial you add a payment card in the app and pay the monthly plan; access continues without a break. If you prefer to pay by invoice, order it on the same page and we email the invoice. Without payment, access is blocked until you pay. Questions: info@botrento.com.
Your own API key (optional)
AI is included and you don't need a key. If you want processing on your own account, your own key works with Anthropic (Claude) today.

How long does set-up take?
You have 7 days to get ready. We help you connect your mailbox; the 14-day trial starts only with the first successful import or mailbox connection.
Do you look at older email too?
Yes, for mailboxes connected via IMAP. With forwarding we only process messages from the moment forwarding is set up; you can add older enquiries with a CSV or XLSX import.
Does the morning overview arrive at weekends?
No. The Today 1+3 morning overview arrives on business days.
How do I export or delete my data?
Export (JSON or CSV) is in the app. To have data deleted, write to info@botrento.com.
