Sign-up and connection
Right after sign-up you get an email with a sign-in link and a setup guide: connect your mailbox or upload your data. We are happy to help. You have 7 days to get ready.

First data loaded
The trial clock starts with the first successful import or mailbox connection, not at sign-up.

“Money left on the table” report
We show unanswered enquiries, forgotten promises and proposals without a follow-up. We look back through past email for mailboxes connected via IMAP; with forwarding or import we work from the forwarded messages and uploaded data.

Every business-day morning: one main priority and three more, email drafts and commitment tracking — in the app and by email. Nothing is sent without your approval.

Reminder
During the last 3 days we remind you every day that the trial is ending — by email and in the app.

You don't need an API key of your own. If you want processing to run through your own provider, add a key in the admin.
Optional: AI billed by your provider
AI is included in your plan. If you want, you add your own key and the provider bills that usage to you directly, with no markup from us.
Control over costs and data
You set a monthly spending limit with the provider and see every cent and where your text goes.
Keys encrypted
We store your key encrypted. In the admin you only see its last 4 characters and you can remove it at any time.

Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices are shown excluding VAT and are billed monthly.
What does the plan include? Do I pay for AI separately?
The plan covers the service (set-up, connection, monitoring and reports) and AI usage. AI has a monthly limit: we alert you at 80%, and at 100% new work pauses until next month; a higher limit can be agreed individually. No automatic extra charges. Your own API key is optional.
What is a “case”?
1 case = 1 sales case (an enquiry, quote or deal) the assistant actively handles in a given month. Core includes 100 cases a month, Team and Managed 300. Older cases stay available.
How do I order and pay for a plan?
At the end of the trial you add a payment card in the app and pay the monthly plan; access continues without a break. If you prefer to pay by invoice, order it on the same page and we email the invoice. Without payment, access is blocked until you pay. Questions: info@botrento.com.
What is the difference between Team and Managed?
Core and Team are set up by you with our help and run in a shared cloud in the EU where companies are kept separate. Managed is a standard process with service: 2 hours of onboarding included, 5 mailboxes and an own server if you want.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can move up or down as your needs change. Just write to info@botrento.com.
