What do slow or forgotten replies to enquiries cost you?
Enter your numbers and see straight away how much revenue and gross profit may be slipping away each month on enquiries that got no reply within 24 hours or no follow-up after the quote. The formula is visible and you set the assumptions.
Your numbers

Lost revenue per month
€1,000
per year €12,000 · gross profit €400 / month
How it is calculated
- 40 × 25 % = 10 enquiries at risk
- 10 × 20 % × 50 % = 1 lost deals
- 1 × €1,000 = €1,000 revenue
- €1,000 × 40 % = €400 gross profit
For comparison: the Core plan costs €79 per month excl. VAT. It is covered by the gross profit of 0.2 deals per month.

Calculator questions
Where do the default numbers come from?
The defaults are only an example so the calculator shows something. They are not a market average or our measurement. Replace them with your own numbers — the result updates instantly.
Why do I enter “how much lower the chance is”?
A late or forgotten enquiry is not necessarily lost, but the chance of winning it is usually lower. You know best how much from your own experience. Enter 0% if you think reply speed makes no difference for you — the result will then be zero.
How do I find the share of enquiries without a reply within 24 hours?
Look through last month in your mailbox or CRM: how many enquiries got their first reply after more than 24 hours, and how many quotes have no reminder at all. An estimate to within 5 percentage points is enough.
What should I do with the result?
