Method — how we measure
- Maturity score: a fixed reminder rule 35 pts, one owner 25 pts, CRM tracking 20 pts (sheet 12 pts), share of quotes with a next step up to 20 pts.
- From a CSV export we only compute totals: open quotes, no next-step date, overdue, no contact > 7 days. The file never leaves your browser.
- Impact model: if follow-ups won 2 / 5 / 10 percentage points more of the quotes without a next step — an assumption, not a market average.

Frequently asked questions
What should the CSV export contain?
Columns for status (open/won/lost), date of last contact and next-step date are enough. We do not need client names or emails — delete them before uploading.
Do you store my file?
No. The file is read only in your browser. Only totals reach us, and only if you ask for the report.
Why does “no next step” matter so much?
A quote without a next-step date depends on memory. In a busy week it gets forgotten.
What process do you recommend?
Three reminders: after 2–3 business days, a week later with options, a polite close after 2 weeks. One owner and a next-step date on every quote.
